Practical and Aggressive
We are practical and aggressive about our recommendations. A set of "products" are derived from our analysis of the Defining Moment that our client is experiencing. The goal of our initial analysis is to understand what the Defining Moment means for our client and be in a positions to act quickly; we then suggest alternative action plans to take advantage of or deal with the Defining Moment.

A Balanced Sense of Urgency
By its very nature, the Defining Moment requires thoughtful, and timely action to stem the effects of the immediate problem, and to leverage the core opportunities of the business.

Those implementation plans, in addition to the desired outcome of our client, are considered in suggesting a final course of action.

Some Possible Outcomes of "Managing the Defining Moment®"
One of our core deliverables is strength in managing that implementation plan to a successful, pre-agreed-upon outcome. That outcome could be one of the following:

In our experience it is unusual that the strategy and implementation of that strategy does not include almost every aspect of an enterprise. Operations, sales and marketing and finance are all inseparable parts of an integrated solution.
